You Know That Feeling?

My new boyfriend arrives this weekend. 

Gulp.

He'll live nearby, and you'll probably be seeing lots of him here and on my YouTube.

He's hawt, smart & funny...just my type. People say that we look a lot alike in many ways. I'll let you be the judge.


There are so many things I like about him: he's intuitive, resilient,
grateful, optimistic, patient, kind, and courageous.

Letting Go of Addiction To Excitement

Considering the recent hype of Hurricane Irene, I have once again come to the conclusion that many people are addicted to excitement and the media is feeding this addiction.

Why I'm not exactly sure.

However, the only solution for each of us is to examine our own need and thirst for excitement. Once we have become aware of this energy within, the next step is to Let Go.

Excitement is a form of tension and stress. Write down all the things which excite you not of the Higher Light. Then cross them out....and hand them over to a Higher Source. They aren't serving you. In truth these fear & excitement thoughts weaken you.

Ask your angels to help you with your excitement addiction for they are always happy to be of your service in your spiritual growth.

Even if Irene didn't cause as much devastation as the hype suggested it might, there's the old adage: it's better to be safe than sorry! I don't disagree about being prepared.

So if for any reason you feel "let down" by the extent of the damage, it's much better to simply "let go" of your urge for excitement. :-)

Always, the best remedy for excitement addiction is living in the present. 

Remember...being human is excitement enough.
